Lancaster Archery Supply is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day window to return or exchange unused archery gear in its original packaging. We strive to make the process seamless so you can get back to the range with the equipment that best suits your needs.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request an RMA Number

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our returns department using a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
